H1 1900; BELGRADE -- A number of troops are massing on both sides of the Servia-Bulgaria border.
Reports from both capitals indicate the respective governments are considering a declaration of war on each other, in the hopes of settling unresolved issues
from the 1885 conflict. Servia's military has been modernized in the past 10 years and has hopes of faring better against the Bulgarian Army that is said
to be peerless in the region. There are doubts that either side has the financial capability to support such an endeavour, but the situation remains tense and
must be defused before getting out of hand.
