Involved parties: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden-Norway.

i) The nation of Sweden-Norway enters into a foreign policy of neutrality.
ii) The nations of United Kingdom and Germany acknowledge Sweden-Norway's sovereignty, independence, and neutrality, and gain a casus belli against any nation that attacks Sweden-Norway, to restore its independence.
iii) The Skagerrak Strait and Kattegat Strait, shared waters between Germany and Sweden-Norway, are declared safe waters for all non-military vessels, even in times of war. These waters will be policed by both Germany and Sweden-Norway navies.
iv) Sweden-Norway's neutrality is maintained if it branches into Africa, but may only colonize uncharted and unclaimed territory.
v) The casus belli the United Kingdom or Germany would gain in case of an attack on Sweden-Norway applies only to Sweden-Norway's domestic provinces - not colonies.
vi) The treaty is declared null and void if Sweden-Norway abandons its neutrality.
