ESPIONAGE / DIPLOMACY:
Diplomat B will go to Cuba. His skills are 1/5/3 in a D/E/T setting. He is to use his Espionage skill to assist the Cuban revolutionaries. His job, beyond assisting the rebels, is to gather all information possible on the military to be found in Cuba, including the infantry and naval units of Spain. He needs to find out the type of Naval Base to be found in Cuba, if there is one. We're interested also in the number of rebels fighting, who their leader is, and the amount of resources they believe they need. We will discuss the possibilities of rewards for Germany's efforts in assisting them after we have these facts. To assist the revolutionaries in their struggle, we are sending them 4 Industry, 4 Metal, and 4 shipping to give them a total of 4 gun shipments. (Friendly reminder: Perspixx (3:24:48 PM): 1 of each = 1 unit of guns)

Diplomat C will change his positioning from the Netherlands (which were an NPC when I wrote those orders) to Luxembourg, in efforts to promote trade between them and Germany.
