The Empire of Germany is pleased to provide the following terms to the Empire of Japan for consideration, in an effort to bring to an end the conflict engaging Austria-Hungary, Germany, and Japan.

Treaty of Fukouka


Signatory parties: The Empire of Austria-Hungary, the Empire of Germany, the Empire of Japan

Purpose: To bring an end to the current war in the Pacific, that will from hereon be known as the Triple Alliance-Japanese War, the signatory parties will agree to all conditions as listed below.

I) As of Q1, 1903, a cessation of hostilities and an unconditional peace is hereby established between the signatory parties.
II) Formosa is hereby ceded to the Empire of Germany, and recognized as German territory by the Empire of Japan.
IV) All Japanese concessions in concern to China are from here on recognized as property of the Empire of Austria-Hungary.
V) Two of the four Protected Cruisers captured at Tsingtao will be returned to Germany, while at the same time the Empire of Germany hereby recognizes the remaining two Protected Cruisers as property of the Empire of Japan.
VI) An immediate exchange of prisoners will take place, with all military honors being provided for all parties.
