International Politics:

- 1. The Treaty of Zanzibar has been signed.

- 2. As part of our agreement with Greece, the United Kingdom has consented to financing the construction of 50 miles of railway within that country at a cost of 1 million pounds. Furthermore we have agreed to hand over to Greek ownership one of our destroyers (from the Mediterranean Fleet).

- 3. The Far Eastern Fleet is to visit Korea and perform manoeuvres just outside Inchon. The manoeuvres are to be seen as a display of the sheer size and power of the Royal Navy. Our Ambassador in Seoul is to invite the Emperor to board and tour the flagship of the fleet. The Government offers to assist the Korean Empire in modernising its navy through allowing Korean students to study at UK's naval facilities as well as by maintaining a permanent naval delegation in Seoul that will help develop the Korean Navy and potentially have it rival Japans. The UK is also happy for the Koreans to build their warships within the UK and, depending on the level of trade concessions offered, will help subside the cost of building such warships.

- 4. Sir Beedle Smith is instructed to contact those elements of the Reichstag alarmed at the German Chancellor's recent antics and convey our deep sense of alarm at the apparent deepening hostility Germany is showing the United Kingdom. Furthermore he is to stress that the UK Government is being forced into co-operation with France and Russia through the stark militarism and aggressive expansionism being displayed by the German Government.

Colonial Affairs:

- 1. The Infantry Brigades in New England are ordered to restore order through whatever force necessary, in those areas of British North America where rioting and anarchy has broken out. To placate the rioters meanwhile, a public announcement is to be made warning the Colonial Governments in BNA that should they not fail to address the deep class system causing such conflict, the Imperial Government will impose direct rule from London and address the concerns made itself through the appointment of Governors.

- 2. Following the savage attack on French settlers in Louisiana by Indians, the Canadian Government is instructed to begin an immediate manhunt for the ringleaders of the raid. The tribe in question meanwhile is expected to formally apologise to the French Republic for what occurred as well as offer monetary compensation. Failure to do so may force the Government to revoke permission granting them the right to live within the British Empire and will see them liable to be forcefully moved to an area designated for them in the Northern reaches of Canada. To prevent a re-occurrence of this appalling act meanwhile, the Canadian Government is to be offered the chance to have 2 British brigades stationed within its borders, should it so desire.

Soon there will be only five Kings left - the King of England, the King of Spades, the King of Clubs, the King of Hearts and the King of Diamonds". - King Farouk, 1948.
